Being an ISO 9001: 2000 and IATF 16949 certified facility, quality has always been our credo.

Right from selection of raw material to manufacturing process, supreme quality is ensured by adhering to customer specifications along with a series of stringent quality control procedure during different stages of production.

All quality checks such as raw material inspection, chemical compositions tests, online inspection and pre-dispatch checks are conducted by our trained and experienced quality personnel who can manipulate the relevant inspection and Testing Machines in compliance with the set of strict guidelines.

Tools and equipment in the testing facility are:

  • Spectrometer for chemical analysis
  • Eddy current testing for welding defects
  • Hydro tester for leakage and weld defect test
  • Pneumatic tester for leakage test.
  • Microscope for weld flow and microstructure analysis.
  • UTM for mechanical properties analysis.
  • Hydraulic press for weld integrity test.
  • Bend testing machine for weld integrity test.
  • Surface roughness tester for measurement of surface roughness.
  • Vicker’s Hardness Tester and Rockwell Hardness Tester Muffle furnace.
